washington mountlake terrace plastic surgery breast implants Dr. Richard Baxter?
Hello…everyone…i need some help!!!! I live in hawaii and am considering going to Washington state to have some plastic surgery done. Anyone who has been to or lives in an area called mountlake terrace….anyone who's been to see Dr. Baxter in Mountlake terrace….if you could give me any information about your experience with him and his facilities….i would really appreciate it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to live down road from Dr. Baxter!!! He's a great guy, my friend went to him for implants. 
I'm going to have work done by him here soon too! Not implants though!
