27 year old cousin of mine wish to go for plastic surgery on her face as its badly burnt when she was about 5 years. The right side of face burnt from lower forehead and extended towards her right forearm. Two surgeries were done in India so far that did not yield desired results. She is planning to use the expert services at UK but not aware of the fees and insurance procedure that are mandatory for an Indian to be equipped with, when she chose to get her plastic surgeon done at UK….

Anyone out there would guide us to the right corner in understanding the mandatory procedures we must go through???

Hello well first let me start off by saying, you ARE already in the best place for this surgery. Maybe just not the best hospitals? My company works by sending people from the US, Canada and the UK TO India for surgeries. We have had a burn victim before that we sent to a hospital in Mumbai who had excellent results. So I can look into through some contacts of mine the procedures needed to be done so she can have surgery in the UK, however I am not sure of any special requirements right now other than a Medical Visa. Are you currently in the UK? If not you should consider seeing some better doctors in India first because the price is so much better and they to my opinion are the best.
