Yeah it can be done. It involves breaking bones and shaving off pieces of bone. I would imagine that its a little painful.

Yes. I just watched in on TV. But not all of us can. There are some people who can't possible undergone surgery such as changing the structure of the face b'coz its medically dangerous for them and some are just lucky not to have any sort of problem. They would be putting some metals around your jaws or in your chins, just like when u r having a nose job. Hope it helps.

Yes there is a dr. in San Fran that specializes in facial feminization for men. I think his name is Ousterhout. I may have gotten it wrong but close. I saw a show on transexuals that was technically interesting. The difference before and after was amazing. This Dr. can shave brows and make cheekbones larger with implants and the nose work was remarkable too.
